We have therapy appointments available Monday through Friday. We have morning, afternoon and evening availability.

We provide telehealth therapy using our confidential platform (Simple Practice) so you can access therapy from the comfort of your own home.

We provide a free 20-minute phone consultation to see whether you feel we are the right therapist for you. You will have time to share about your concerns and ask any of your questions about how therapy works with us. If we are not the right fit, we will help you find a therapist who is. Research shows that having a good client-therapist fit is one of the top predictors of positive therapy outcomes. Therefore, we are committed towards finding the right fit. Our therapists integrate various modalities into our work with couples and individuals including: psychodynamic relational therapy, somatic techniques, CBT, EFT, ACT, IFS and Gottman. All our approaches are evidence-based. We customize which approach/s to take based on the needs of the couple/individual but the common thread is that we highly value the therapeutic relationship and understanding each persons unique point of view.
