If you’ve found this page, life has likely taken an unexpected turn. Maybe the vision you had for your life isn't in line with your current reality. You’re recognizing that the way you got through life in the past is not working for you anymore, and you don’t know why. Maybe it’s hard to describe how you feel, but you know that you need to make some changes.

You’ve likely heard the saying, “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result.” But have you ever really explored why you repeat the thing that isn’t working for you? I want you to know, there is a beautiful reason behind it, born from your incredible creativity and resilience. You are not to blame; you deserve compassionate guidance, and I am ready to support you in this.

Perhaps you’re trying to make sense of your…

  • Faith or spirituality

  • Marriage or relationship difficulties

  • Purpose or identity in life

  • Childhood experiences

You make sense, and your story matters. I’m so glad you’re here. Taking this step towards seeking help is a courageous and kind choice. And I know how challenging this can be. I have engaged in my own journey to unpack and release unhelpful beliefs, limitations, and burdens that weren’t mine to carry. I changed my career path and became a psychologist because this work has been so transformative for me. It is my passion to help you on this journey.

Your life can indeed change for the better. As your therapist, it is my goal to bring mindful awareness and empathic understanding to the unique story of your life. For over seven years I have walked alongside clients as they create peace, authenticity, and alignment with their deepest values. Together, we can uncover the enduring peace and resilience that have always been within you. If any of this resonates with you, please click below to schedule a free consultation.
